By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. Products
All bows are handmade to order in Sweden. Each bow features two non-latex elastics for easy and comfortable attachment.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, size, and design may occur. Additionally, colors may appear differently depending on the monitor and screen settings.
Our products are intended as decorative accessories for pets and should always be used under supervision. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their pet.
2. Orders & Availability
We reserve the right to temporarily close the store during periods of high demand, vacations, illness, or personal circumstances. During such times, orders cannot be placed.
Estimated processing times may vary depending on current order volume and are displayed on the website when applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Currency
Prices are listed in multiple currencies, including USD, SEK, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. The final price at checkout will reflect the selected currency.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and Debit Cards via Stripe
- PayPal (no account required)
- Swish (available for customers in Sweden)
All payments are processed securely. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
5. Shipping
Orders over $70 qualify for free economy shipping (untracked). Orders over $250 qualify for free tracked shipping.
Shipping times may vary depending on destination and postal service conditions. Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are outside of our control. Dog Bows by Linnea is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs processing, strikes, weather conditions, or other carrier-related issues.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, VAT, or import fees that may apply in their country.
Customers are also responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Dog Bows by Linnea is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Untracked shipping methods are selected at the customer’s own risk.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to hygiene reasons and the handmade/custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
7. Accounts
Customers have the option to create an account on our website. Creating an account allows customers to track orders, save shipping information, and view order history.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, logos, product designs, graphics, and text, is the property of Dog Bows by Linnea and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or copying of any content is strictly prohibited without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Dog Bows by Linnea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information regarding how customer data is collected, stored, and processed.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sweden.
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
