1. Products

All bows are handmade to order in Sweden. Each bow features two non-latex elastics for easy and comfortable attachment. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color and design may occur. Additionally, monitor differences may cause colors to appear slightly different online.

2. Orders & Availability

We reserve the right to temporarily close the store during periods of high demand or personal circumstances. During such times, orders cannot be placed. We will notify customers of any closures on our website.

3. Pricing & Currency

Prices are listed in multiple currencies, including USD, SEK, EUR, GBP, AUD, and CAD. The final price at checkout will reflect the selected currency. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and Debit Cards via Stripe

  • PayPal (no account required)

  • Swish (available for customers in Sweden)

All payments are processed securely. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.

5. Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $60. Orders over $200 qualify for free traceable shipping. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, handmade nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at support@bowsbylinnea.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Accounts

Customers have the option to create an account on our website. Creating an account allows you to track orders, save shipping information, and view order history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

8. Intellectual Property

Dog Bows by Linnea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
